A survey conducted by our team across corporates in the country has shown that the IT industry in India will
face a shortage of "Qualified IT professionals" over the next 10 years. It is suggested that the industry
will need a workforce which is qualified to take up new challenges to keep up with demand as business and
government increase investment into technology, communications, and data management systems. We are trying
to help in bridging the gap by connecting the qualified professionals with the best matching role for them
in the industry.
THE EVOLUTION
The journey started in the year 2004 when a team of professionals with varied experiences related to
the service industry joined together & started a recruitment & training firm called MS Consultants
from a small office in Chennai. We along with our training arm provided career opportunities and
soft skills training to BPO & Call Centre and IT Training to aspirants in the upcoming BPO & IT
outsourcing industry.
We started catering to many leading Indian & MNC companies who were setting up their development
centers & Service Delivery Centers in Chennai & across India. The transformation from a training &
deployment company to a pure play Recruitment firm with strong client base was the effort of a
focused team which was determined to make a mark in the industry.
While we were successful in helping Startups build their teams, we were also equally able to
cater to the larger organizations which were hiring on multiple skills, across locations & across
experience levels. The scope of business grew manifolds & we as an organization grew with our clients.
We as an Organization have evolved from just being a service provider to being a Trusted Partner to
our many Fortune 500 clients & Startups in India and abroad. An award winning team ready to go that
